WEB STARTER PACKAGE - £150 |
| Includes domain name registration with one year hosting. You get your ‘bodyshops online’ webpage on an internet address of your choice and 10 e-mail addresses to match with e-mail forwarding. |
WEB STARTER PRO PACKAGE - £350 |
| Includes domain name registration with one year hosting. You get up to a four page website based on 1 of 4 different designs, at an address of your choice with 10 e-mail addresses and e-mail forwarding. |
WEB STARTER PRO PLUS PACKAGE - £400 |
| Includes domain name registration with one year hosting. This is the same as the previous site but there is no limit to the amount of information you can include or the amount of pages. It also includes 10 e-mail addresses and e-mail forwarding. |
| WEB PROFESSIONAL STARTER PACKAGE – In association with HOTEYE DESIGNS. £500 (usually £700) |
| Includes domain name registration with one year hosting. A professional web design company will create a bespoke site to your specification. It will be unique and aim to reflect the values and aims of your company. The site will be created to compliment your logo, colours and corporate image. The site will include up to 4 pages with a little information on them at an address of your choice and includes 10 e-mail addresses and e-mail forwarding. |
| WEB PROFESSIONAL BRONZE PACKAGE– In association with HOTEYE DESIGNS. £600 (Usually £900) |
| Includes domain name registration with one year hosting. This package is the same as the previous package but there is no limit to the amount of pages you can include, or the amount of text. You may like to include pages displaying your achievements or photographs of your bodyshop or you may wish to offer customers advice on the claims process. |
WEB PROFESSIONAL SILVER PACKAGE (interactive) – In association with HOTEYE DESIGNS. |
| This is the same as the previous package but can include FASTTRACK DIGITAL IMAGING which will allow your customers to upload their digital images of the damage to their vehicles, meaning that you may be able to pre estimate the vehicle and order parts before it even arrives on-site. This will speed up the repair, reduce the time your courtesy vehicles are in use and avoid having the vehicle hanging around while you wait for parts.
This website could also include feedback forms for your customers to fill in online so that you can monitor your customer service and nip any complaints in the bud before they escalate. Another function of a website at this level is that you can offer a ‘call me back’ service. This will notify you when a customer has requested a call from the Site |
| WEB PROFESSIONAL GOLD PACKAGE (e-commerce) – In association with HOTEYE DESIGNS. £1900 (Usually £2500 plus) |
This site has all the advantages of the previous site but it can also make you money and have a real impact on your bottom line. You can use this site to sell valet upgrades, parking sensors, alarm fitting, alloy upgrades, even additional repairs, smart repairs and windscreen repairs. Your customers will use the site to order and pay for all these things, you will then be notified by e-mail so that you can arrange to action these requests. You can choose to use outside companys to do the work (many valet companys will guarantee coming out within 24 hours of you asking them to) and simply add a mark up so that you can sit back and get money for nothing.
